Chargebacks:
If you choose a payment instrument that may be subject to chargeback rights such as (but not limited to) credit or debit card or direct debit, you declare that you will not exercise such chargeback right other than for non-authorised use of the payment instrument. You may not charge back any transaction or allow a chargeback of any transaction including (but not limited to) disputes for non-delivery of goods or services or insufficient balance on the payment instrument account.

Recordings:
All transactions may be recorded using screen recording software and all order details are kept on record for at least 6 months.

Delivery time:
Average delivery time for gold is under 5 minutes, but in any case I guarantee delivery in less than 24 hours or payments will be refunded.

Refunds:
Money cannot be refunded after gold has been delivered. If a customer would like a refund they must contact me before gold is delivered. Refunds are given via a payment option of my choice.

Payment types:
I can choose all payment methods used for every purchase. Common payment methods include PayPal and bank cards, but in some cases I may insist on Western Union or other methods.

Refusals:
I reserve the right to refuse trades from anyone for no reason. If I have agreed to trade with you and you trade me I reserve the right to deny your payment on the condition that I refund your money in full.

No-ban guarantee:
When I say that none of my customers have ever been banned for RWT I mean that none of my customers have ever contacted me to say that they got banned. To my best knowledge I have assumed that none of my customers have ever been banned. The no-ban guarantee refers to permanent Runescape bans for RWT that occur on the account I delivered to within 7 days of gold delivery. The no-ban guarantee means that I will deliver the gold again to an account of the customers choice. The no-ban guarantee assumes that you are willing to give me your account information so that I can check the banned status of your account. The no-ban guarantee only applies to purchases involving less than $100 USD. The no-ban guarantee does not apply in the case of mass bans. Mass bans are defined as multiple (more than 3) customers being banned within a 1 week period.
